EPIS is Hiring! We are looking Food Service Coordinator!

At EPIS Newman – We offer:

› Permanent part-time or full-time contract – School-Friendly hours (8:30 am – 2 pm) or full-time
› Salary of $40.39 per hour

› 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata)

Job tasks:

› Managing food services at EPIS day centres and respite houses.
› Ability to prepare high quality meals
› Developing menus, changes and implementations
› Consulting with consumers in regards to food preferences
› Managing the food supplies including ordering and shopping
› Provides leadership and mentoring to support workers on food
preparation and food safety

Job requirements:
› High level of Food Safety and OHS knowledge
› Understanding of proper food choices for the elderly ( e.g. soft food, balanced nutrition, choice for people with diabetes)
› Fully vaccinated against COVID 19
› Relevant qualifications (commercial cookery, nutrition, etc.)
› Provide a National Police Certificate
› Full WA Driver’s License
