Due to a restructure in response to the new strategic direction of EPIS Inc, the Organisation is seeking a Director Corporate Services.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Corporate Services Department along with a number of exciting strategic projects within the community services sector.

This role is key to organisational succession planning and has scope for further career progression. Please apply if you have

• A sound understanding of funding and revenue sources within the community care/NFP sector;
• Great business acumen including the ability to understand financials and make sound commercial decisions;
• Analytical skills and able to exercise sound judgment to make good decisions;
• Excellent influencing skills and the ability to make effective connections within key stakeholder groups; and
• Ability to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team;
• Experience leading teams across geographically diverse locations;
• A proven track record in successfully managing and leading change;
• A persuasive continuous improvement ethos.

You will also need to provide an up to date Working with Children check and valid police check.

Duties of the role will include:

• Working with the board, Executive team and CEO to implement the strategic plan
• Building relationships and liaising with funding providers, allied health providers and other community support organisations in the region
• Development of new programs and new client services in conjunction with Director Operations, funding bodies and service providers; and
• Management of contractual obligations and corporate governance requirements.
• Direct leadership of corporate services activities including HR, marketing and administration
